Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only.
Office Hours:
As a courtesy, our receptionist will call to confirm your appointment the day before your visit. If you need to change an appointment, please phone 48 hours in advance to avoid a late notice charge. This helps us manage our time and facilities so that every patient receives the best dental care while keeping costs reasonable.
Emergency Care
When you are experiencing pain or discomfort from your mouth or teeth, emergency care is required. Every effort will be made to see you immediately. After office hours emergency help is available by calling our office.
Instrument Sterilization
The cleanliness and hygiene of our office are of paramount importance. We strictly adhere to all American Dental Association and OSHA sterilization and practice standards. All hand pieces (drills) and instruments are sterilized after each patient. Whenever possible, we use disposable products while trying to maintain a reasonable regard for environmental issues.
Payment Policies and Insurance Claims
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Most dental insurances are accepted. For those patients with dental insurance, we will gladly process your claim but request that you pay your estimated portion when services are provided. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate for you. Every effort is made to have your dental insurance company respond to your claims. Please understand that your dental insurance policy is a relationship between you and your insurance company, not one between our office and your insurance company. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
Financing options are available. We are an agent for Capital One Dental Fee Plan. Financial arrangements can be made prior to your dental appointment for major restorative treatments
